I genuinely want you to be pleased with your jewelry. Each of my items is accurately and fairly described. If there are any problems with your order please contact me immediately. I will do everything within reason to resolve any issues you may have. I will do whatever I can to make certain your jewelry lives up to my promises and your expectations. Your satisfaction is my sole priority.
LoCoco Style Jewelry is strong but can be delicate, so please treat it with care. I will gladly repair or replace the jewel only if the it has not been damaged by user handling. Otherwise you have 7 days from the date of purchase for returns.
LOCOCO STYLE’s Delivery
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you, may vary. if we receive a large number of orders during holidays, special occasions, the jewel may take more time to reach you but we will kindly alert you by email. All our jewerly are handmade so please understand that the time of expectations may vary.
Lo Coco suggests arrival in 10 to 20 working days, but sometimes it takes up to 4-5 weeks depending on your shipping location. If you would like your package to arrive sooner, please contact us.
If you need an item shipped to a different address, please contact me at the time of sale.
Each country has their own customs rules and regulations so check on your own countries allowances and regulations if you’re unsure – I do not do this
Lo Coco style will be responsible for the shipment costs only if the jewel is defected or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if not satisfied or changed mind about a purchase. In this case,shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
