I will do everything within reason to resolve any issues you may have. I will do whatever I can to make certain your jewelry lives up to my promises and your expectations. Lo CoCo Style Jewelry is strong but can be delicate, so please treat it with care. I will gladly repair or replace the jewel only if the it has not been damaged by user handling. Otherwise you have 7 days from the date of purchase for returns.
LOCOCO STYLE’s Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry I will exchange it for a new piece of the same value. You need to write an e-mail as soon as possible and then mail the jewelry back to me via priority mail and make sure you provide me with a tracking number. Please include the cause of your dissatisfaction and which piece you wish to have as a replacement. Exchanges must be sent back within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Return shipping and shipping for the new item is your responsibility.
